O Author of life and death,
Today a reluctant hero who once touched the heavens will be laid to rest. The great American, Neil Armstrong was a modest man who reached great heights. He once said "mystery creates wonder and wonder is the basis of man`s desire to understand." Neil Armstrong never lost his sense of wonder, or his desire to understand the mysteries of the universe, and his actions inspired others to question, explore, and seek understanding.
As the stars light up the sky tonight, and the work of this session comes to a close, let us not forget to go outside and look towards the heavens and remember the man whose one small step was a giant leap for all of us.
May his memory forever be a blessing--AMEN.
