Father God, today in this chamber, the California State Senate will be in session. We are asking at this challenging time in our country’s history, that You God, would bless these state elected leaders with patience and wisdom to lead us forward.
We know You have plans to prosper us. These leaders were elected by the people because of the qualities and vision that they possess. Please God be with these men and women as they work across the aisle to find consensus in the pressing issues that face our nation.
Proverbs 11:14: says “for lack of guidance a nations falls, but victory is won through many advisors”
We ask You, God, that You would open their hearts to hear and make right decisions of great importance that will not only affect our generation, but generations to come.
Thank You Father God, for we know that when we pray You hear our prayers, and You will answer us.—AMEN.
