Divine Mystery and Presence, Harriet Tubman did not hesitate to reach for the star of freedom to pass it on to others. We ask that You awaken us to the dream that You are dreaming in us this day.
Give us the strength to reach beyond the seemingly overwhelming challenges of the present.
Give us the patience to wait for that which does not yet seem possible.
And give us the passion to forge our commitment to the future through our collaboration with one another. We ask this in Your name. --AMEN.
