Heavenly Father, thank you so much for this opportunity to be alive, and well, and to serve in the Senate. We pray for the membership of the Senate, for the Legislature, for both bodies, the Assembly and the Senate, the Governor, and for this opportunity that we have to serve the citizens of the State of California. We are grateful for that opportunity and ask that You watch over us, guide us, and direct us. Bless our families.─AMEN.
