Prayer Offered for September 1, 2015

God of mystery and wonder, the multiplicity of galaxies and stars make possible our living and dying.  We are connected to everything on this planet as we share atoms, oxygen, and carbon dioxide.

We rejoice in our human capacity to wonder, to seek meaning and purpose, to rejoice and give thanks.

We benefit from the insights and teachings of all who have walked this path of life before us.

May we grow in respect and appreciation for the diversity and beauty of all that lives this day as we seek to explore the mystery of our being in freedom and safety.─AMEN.
