The author, Margaret Wheatley, says:

There is no power greater than a community discovering what it cares about.

Ask “What is possible?” not “What’s wrong?” And keep asking.

Notice what you care about and assume that many others share your dreams.

Loving and merciful God, You have given us the courage and determination to engage in conversations that matter, to forge creative solutions that will affect many people into the future.  We continue to trust in the outpouring of Your Spirit as we rely on the generosity and human goodness of each other. We make our prayer in Your name.—AMEN.
